Chuck Wibbelsman, MD is a pediatrician and Chief of Adolescent Medicine at Kaiser Permanente in San Francisco. He also serves as Chair of the Chiefs of Adolescent Medicine for Kaiser Permanente, Northern California. He has extensive clinical experience with adolescents and is a professor in the department of pediatrics at the University of California, San Francisco. Prior to his joining The Permanente Medical Group, Dr. Wibbelsman was the chief of venereal disease control for San Francisco. He has authored books for adolescents and their parents. Dr. Wibbelsman has been a member of the AAP Committee on Adolescence and president of The San Francisco Medical Society. He currently is an AAP chapter president and is on the board of directors of Larkin Street Youth Services in San Francisco.
