St. Joseph’s Medical Group (SJMG) is the employed physician group of St. Joseph’s Hospital and Medical Center located in Phoenix, Arizona. SJMG employs more than 250 providers and 400 support staff that cover a wide variety of specialties. The medical group has had tremendous success over the past few years and now provides services to more than 73 subspecialties.

The Navajo Nation Community Health Representative (CHR), Navajo Division of Health, The Navajo Nation, is a tribal organization that provides health education, home visits, and assists with preventive screening to improve the quality of health for Navajo Tribal members.
We are funded by the Indian Health Service and work closely with the I.H.S. medical facilities located on the Navajo Nation that is responsible for health care to tribal membership.
