Texas Health Physicians Group (THPG) is part of the Texas Health system. Our mission is to improve the health of the communities we serve. Over 800 multispecialty providers serve the North Texas area from 250 locations around the metroplex. THPG "built" its first 3 NCQA recognized Patient-Centered Medical Homes in 2011. As of the first quarter of 2012 we have a total of 13 medical homes across our 3 business zones. A robust practice facilitation program led by THPG's quality department continues to deploy Patient-Centered care throughout our primary care practices.
