UM Shore Regional Health is a three-hospital affiliate of the University of Maryland Medical System. Shore Regional Health is a rural health care system serving the the under-served population across five counties on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
Choptank Community Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center located on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. We serve approximately 25,000 patients in a three county area and have 5 Family Practices, 1 Pediatric Practice, and 3 on-site Dental Practices. In addition, we have School Based Health Clinics in 13 public schools and provide dental services including screenings, cleanings, fluoride and dental sealants in all schools in the 3 county area. We also provide both medical and dental services for approximately 350 migrant workers.
At Children’s Health℠ Pediatric Group primary care practices specialize in health care for newborns, infants, and children through age 18. Children’s Health℠ Pediatric Group is staffed by pediatric physicians and nurse practitioners, and have 18 locations serving communities throughout the Greater Dallas area.
Eastern Aleutian Tribes (EAT) is a tribally operated, private, non-profit health corporation that provides the sole source of primary health care and referral services to Adak, Akutan, Cold Bay, False Pass, King Cove, Nelson Lagoon, Sand Point and Whittier, Alaska.
