The Guthrie Clinic, located in north central Pennsylvania and south central New York, is a non-profit integrated health care delivery system that currently includes four hospitals, more than 295 physicians and 175 advanced practioners, 32 regional provider offices in 23 communities, home health and home care services, and a research institute. Guthrie manages more than 1,000,000 patient visits a year. Founded in 1910, Guthrie today is one of the longest established group practices in the country.
The Utah Department of Health, Healthy Living through Environment, Policy and Improved Clinical Care (EPICC) program was formed in July, 2013 through the merging of three existing Bureau of Health Promotion programs and the addition of one new program.
