Video: Congressional Briefing: PCPCC's Annual Review of the Patient-Centered Medical Home's Impact on Cost and Quality

 

 

At a briefing on Capitol Hill, the Primary Care Collaborative (PCPCC) released a new report, The Patient-Centered Medical Home's Impact on Cost and Quality: Review of Evidence 2013-2014. The publication highlights new evidence from primary care patient-centered medical home (PCMH) initiatives taking place in both public and private markets throughout the United States. The report aggregates PCMH outcomes from a combination of peer-reviewed studies, state program evaluations, and industry reports to demonstrate the positive impact of the PCMH model in primary care delivery.
