Margo Williams has over 30 years of experience in healthcare administration, ranging from hospital administration at an academic medical center, management of an outpatient oncology clinic in a cancer center, practice administration in a private specialty practice, and over 15 years working with practicing internists at ACP.  Ms. Williams advises ACP members about a variety of management issues including ownership and operations, finance, compensation, human resources, regulatory compliance, technology implementation, and more recently MACRA, PCMH, PQRS, and other alphabet-soup initiatives.  She coordinates the ACP web content related to practice management as well as educational courses for ACP’s annual meeting.  Ms. Williams has a master of health administration degree from Tulane University in New Orleans and a bachelor of arts in English from the University of the South in Sewanee, TN.
