Family Health Center provides the full scope of primary care services for children, adolescents, adults, elderly and homebound patients. Services include continuity and urgent care for all ages, prenatal care and perinatal case management, family planning, HIV family clinic, well child care, minor office procedures, mental health services, social services, substance abuse counseling, nutrition consultation, diabetes education and case management, nurse case management, pharmacist consultation, managing patients on anticoagulation therapy, vasectomy clinic, back pain clinic, and psychosocial

The Tom Waddell Urban Health Clinic operates under the San Francisco Health Network, which believes that patients must be active participants in the decision- making process of the health care they receive. The Children’s Health Center provides comprehensive, high-quality pediatric care for children from birth up to age 21.  Services include primary care for infants, children, and teenagers 6 days per week including evenings and Saturdays. Comprehensive pediatric urgent care services 365 days a year on a drop-in basis for all children regardless of clinic affiliation are also provided.

Positive Health Program (PHP) provides integrated primary and specialty care for our Network’s HIV-infected patients.

Southeast Health Center (SEHC) is a full service health clinic that provides affordable, comprehensive and quality care to people of all ages. Located in the Bayview Hunter’s Point area since 1979, they provide care for common illnesses, high blood pressure, and sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). Additional services such as confidential HIV testing and counseling, pregnancy testing, prenatal care, and mental, mental, and vision care are also provided. 

Chinatown Public Health Center (CPHC) has been proudly serving San Franciscans and the Chinese community since 1929.

The health clinic offers a full array of services including primary care for adults and children, prenatal care, team-based care, population health disease registries, integrated behavioral health, pediatric dentistry, community health education, public health nutrition, and Women, Infant, and Children Nutrition Supplemental Services.
