Improving Patient Access to Care Workbook (Clinical Microsystems, 2002)

This workbook introduces healthcare professionals to the tools needed to help clinical teams learn to cooperate in new ways with each other, optimize support staff roles, improve access and payment systems through practice redesign, and improve internal communication and cooperation in the clinical setting to enhance patient access to care.
