As Deputy Director for Healthcare Innovation at Morgan Health, Molly supports efforts to advance affordability, quality, experience and health equity for the 160M Americans who receive their health insurance through their employer. In her role, she leads a team responsible for supporting Morgan Health’s portfolio companies and piloting healthcare innovations in the employer-sponsored insurance market.
Prior to joining Morgan Health, Molly established an independent consulting business to help grow and scale mission-driven organizations including health tech start-ups, government programs, and community-based organizations. She served as a Senior Advisor to the NY State Medicaid Director and Chief Operating Officer for Stop the Spread, a COVID-19 response program under Impact Assets, where her team helped individuals in underserved communities get access to vaccines and other needed support.
Previous roles include Chief Strategy Officer for OneCity Health and Chief of Staff to the Chief Transformation Officer of NYC Health + Hospitals, the largest public health system in the United States. Molly started her career at the Brookings Institution in Washington DC and in the Advisory Board Company’s London office.
Molly earned her bachelor’s degree in government and public policy from Smith College. She also completed a Fulbright Fellowship in South Korea.
