Ann Salamone received her doctorate of dental surgery from the University of Michigan School of Dentistry in 1992. Dr. Salamone has served as the Dental Chief of Staff at the New York Hotel Trades Council and Hotel Association of New York City Inc. Employee Benefit Funds, Health Center Inc. since 2010.  

Dental services for members and their eligible dependents provide for a comprehensive approach to dentistry and includes implant dentistry. Dr. Salamone was responsible for the development and implementation of a fully electronic dental record that includes state-of-the-art digital imaging. She has served as the chairperson of the Dental Quality Assurance Committee and co-chairperson of the Infection Control Committee for the organization.
