Southeast Health Center (SEHC) is a full service health clinic that provides affordable, comprehensive and quality care to people of all ages. Located in the Bayview Hunter’s Point area since 1979, they provide care for common illnesses, high blood pressure, and sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). Additional services such as confidential HIV testing and counseling, pregnancy testing, prenatal care, and mental, mental, and vision care are also provided.
Chinatown Public Health Center (CPHC) has been proudly serving San Franciscans and the Chinese community since 1929.
The health clinic offers a full array of services including primary care for adults and children, prenatal care, team-based care, population health disease registries, integrated behavioral health, pediatric dentistry, community health education, public health nutrition, and Women, Infant, and Children Nutrition Supplemental Services.
Young Children's Health Center (YCHC) is a community-based pediatric clinic that provides comprehensive health services to families with children from birth to young adulthood residing in the southeast heights of Albuquerque. Staff is bilingual Spanish/English in order to better serve the community. Special components of this clinic include home visitation to families with babies 0-36 months, behavioral health services, case management, and outreach activities to local schools and the community center, which includes gang prevention and intervention and other neighboring activities.
