The Women's Health Center provides comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care for women of adolescent to geriatric age.  

The Balboa Teen Health Center has programs for youth ages 12–24 years. All youth health clinics are LGBTQ-youth friendly. Services are confidential, including for teens! Patients under 18 don't need a parent or guardian’s permission.

Ocean Park Health Center operates under the San Francisco Health Network, which believes that patients must be active participants in the decision- making process of the health care they receive. Care that is truly patient-centered considers patients’ cultural traditions, their personal preferences and values, their family situations and their lifestyles. It makes the patient and their loved ones an integral part of the care team who collaborate with health care professionals in making clinical decisions.

Silver Avenue Family Health Center we puts patients first. It is important that patients:

General Medicine Clinic (GMC) provides comprehensive, high quality primary care services to patients who are older than 18 years old. Doctors are UCSF faculty who teach medical students and residents.

Family Health Center provides the full scope of primary care services for children, adolescents, adults, elderly and homebound patients. Services include continuity and urgent care for all ages, prenatal care and perinatal case management, family planning, HIV family clinic, well child care, minor office procedures, mental health services, social services, substance abuse counseling, nutrition consultation, diabetes education and case management, nurse case management, pharmacist consultation, managing patients on anticoagulation therapy, vasectomy clinic, back pain clinic, and psychosocial

The Tom Waddell Urban Health Clinic operates under the San Francisco Health Network, which believes that patients must be active participants in the decision- making process of the health care they receive. Care that is truly patient-centered considers patients’ cultural traditions, their personal preferences and values, their family situations and their lifestyles. It makes the patient and their loved ones an integral part of the care team who collaborate with health care professionals in making clinical decisions.

The Children’s Health Center provides comprehensive, high-quality pediatric care for children from birth up to age 21.  Services include primary care for infants, children, and teenagers 6 days per week including evenings and Saturdays. Comprehensive pediatric urgent care services 365 days a year on a drop-in basis for all children regardless of clinic affiliation are also provided.

Positive Health Program (PHP) provides integrated primary and specialty care for our Network’s HIV-infected patients.
