Tracey Allen-Ehrhart

Tracey Allen-Ehrhart joined the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) in November 2012. She started at the AAFP as a PCMH Strategist and now serves as the Manager of the Center for Quality in AAFP’s Division of Practice Advancement. The mission of the Division of Practice Advancement is to improve the internal and external practice environment. Prior to her roles at AAFP Tracey worked in management and grant writing roles at the Kansas City Free Health Clinic addressing public health and safety net health care issues. Tracey has held non-profit leadership roles in environmental, youth development and health care organizations, including Camp Fire USA and Planned Parenthood of Kansas and Mid Missouri. Tracey services on the board of the Missouri Family Health Council, chairing the Information & Education Committee and recently served four years on the board of Kansas City’s Mother & Child Health Coalition, chairing the Adolescent Health Committee. Tracey earned her undergraduate degree in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She lives in Kansas City, MO with her husband and son.
