Dr. Jonathan Niloff is Vice President and Chief Medical Officer of McKesson Connected Care & Analytics. He was the Founder and Chief Medical Officer for MedVentive, which is now a part of McKesson. Dr. Niloff has over 30 years of health care experience as a physician, medical director, professor, author, and healthcare technology innovator. Dr. Niloff received his Doctor of Medicine degree at McGill University and completed his residency in Obstetrics & Gynecology and fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology at Brigham & Women’s Hospital in Boston. He earned a Masters of Business Administration degree at Boston University.
(Moderator) Jeff Halbstein-Harris is a member of PCPCC's advisory team for eHealth and a long-time patient advocate. After 34 years in the health care field, Jeff retired early due to complications with diabetes. During his career, Jeff developed and implemented a statewide cardio-pulmonary rehabilitation program in New England. He also helped to design and patent one of the first web-based chronic disease, shared care plan management applications. Most recently in 2006, Jeff consulted on a web-based case management system and a physician quality reporting system for North Carolina's Medicaid program. Jeff has a Bachelors of Science with a concentration on organizational behavior and economics from Franklin Pierce University.
