Special Opportunity for Practice Coaching Organizations
Special Opportunity for Practice Coaching/PCMH Transformation Organizations at upcoming PCPCC Annual Conference
The PCPCC would like to offer organizations who are working to help transform practices into medical homes a special opportunity to share information about their services and expertise at our upcoming Annual Conference in Washington, DC, November 12, 2014. We are offering a combined package of an hour-long workshop and exhibit booth, along with an exclusive networking lunch with conference participants. Conference participants will be invited to workshops where they can learn about the organization's practice coaching services, practice management strategies, population management technologies, models for quality improvement, etc. Each organization will have complete freedom to determine the format, speakers, and content of their workshops. Immediately following the workshops, participants will be invited to join all of the practice transformation organizations in the exhibit area a full hour before the general exhibitors open where they will be offered a box lunch and a chance to continue the conversation they started during the workshops and/or to meet with other participating organizations.
The cost for this combined workshop/exhibit booth/networking lunch opportunity is $6500. Also included are:
Description of workshop and organization in program guide (print and online)
2 full conference registrations
Pre-show mailing list including attendee demographics
Post-show mailing list including attendee demographics
Listing in Show Map distributed onsite
Company/organization logo included on event signage
7 x 44” identification sign
10 x 10 foot booth space for 2-days of conference
