Save the Date: PCPCC to Reconvene Primary Care Training Collaboratives
The Primary Care Collaborative is delighted to invite you to our second in-person meeting with the primary care training collaboratives on Wednesday, March 19, 2014 from 1:00 - 5:00 PM ET, after the conclusion of the Medical Home Summit in Philadelphia, PA. This convening is part of the PCPCC's effort to provide a discussion and leadership venue for primary care training collaboratives to share experiences and resources, and to develop a long-term learning community that supports the advancement of primary care and the patient-centered medical home.

Some of the topics that will be addressed during this meeting include:
  • An update on Harvard's current research on the primary care training collaboratives
  • New resources (e.g., tools, curricula, data) available to share across the learning community
  • Potential funding opportunities to support future conferences
  • Future deliverables for the group
