Each year the PCPCC brings together more than 600 attendees from across the health care sector at its signature fall conference in Washington, DC. The conference will include a sponsor exhibit hall and panel discussions and workshops that focus on medical home best practices, care delivery innovations, emerging issues, and public policy initiatives.
