Medical Home Week in Review: Special Feature - "Fiscal Cliff" Implications for Primary Care

Today's features and special guests...  This week's call will feature Shawn Martin, Vice President of Advocacy and Practice Management, American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), who will lead a discussion of the "fiscal cliff's" implications for primary care and medical home.
