Today's Feature: The Lowdown on State Exchanges
Dear Friends:
This week's featured topic was inspired by a couple of developments you probably caught in the news. First, U.S. Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius announced that states with partial Medicaid expansions would not receive enhanced federal matches. And tomorrow marks the deadline for state-based exchanges to submit their blueprints to HHS.
To discuss these latest updates and answer any questions you might have about what's happening in the states, we will be joined by Sonya Schwartz, Program Director at the National Academy of State Health Policy. Click here for presentation materials.
To join today's discussion at 11 AM ET please dial (712) 432-0900 and enter access code 868853#.
We are also delighted to announce that Robert Dribbon and Julie Schilz were appointed Executive Committee Liaisons, and in this role will work in partnership with board members, Stakeholder Centers and members to enhance communication and help guide PCPCC's strategic direction.
