Being an executive member (EM) of the PCPCC has its perks, and our annual gathering of executive members is just one of the many benefits! All current EMs are cordially invited to join us at this year's annual Executive Member Meeting where health care leaders from across the country and key representatives from federal health care agencies will discuss strategies and challenges in developing new models of care.

This exclusive meeting provides the perfect forum to update PCPCC executive members on current initiatives, provide a "sneak peek" at what's coming down the pike in advanced primary care, and offer special access to top government officials and policymakers.
