 Public Input Sought at http://www.urac.org/publiccomment/ through August 10, 2012 Washington, D.C. – June 29 , 2012 – URAC, a leading health care accreditation, education, and measurement organization, today opened a call for public comment to share input and opinions on proposed standards revisions for its Claims Processing Accreditation program. Members of the health care industry are encouraged to provide their comments on the proposed URAC standards at http://www.urac.org/publiccomment/.

Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation Reminder: Advance Payment ACO Deadline - June 29, 2012

                                                     Earlier, this month, the Innovation Center announced that it will be accepting applications for an additional round of Advance Payment Accountable Care Organizations (ACOs) that would begin in January, 2013.Organizations interested in this round of the Advance Payment ACO Model should start their application process by submitting a Notice of Intent to apply for the Medicare Shared Savings Program performance period that begins January 1, 2013. This Notice of Intent is due this Friday, June 29, 2012.
