Please join the National Coalition on Health Care (NCHC) for the release of a major new report on the health care affordability crisis and options to address it.

On June 20, The Hill will convene key policymakers for a conversation about harnessing technology to tackle the opioid epidemic. Join us for interviews with Congressmen Tim Ryan (D-OH) and Tom MacArthur (R-NJ) as they discuss strategies that explore the role of data and technology in combating America's opioid crisis.
Comprehensive Care Management and Coordination support for high and rising risk patients is a key driver in impacting quality improvement and addressing total cost of care. As a result, many practices have hired dedicated care managers, but often this is not enough. The care manager role enables the practice to be more intentional about population health. However, the lack of a supportive infrastructure, such as meaningful integration into the primary care team or access to useful registries/risk-stratification reports, can easily derail these efforts.
Please join the Annie E. Casey Foundation, the American Academy of Pediatrics and Volunteers of America for a briefing to discuss solutions for children and families impacted by the opioid crisis.
Please hold this time for the September PCPCC Policy and Advocacy Call. These monthly calls are an opportunity for members to discuss current issues and activity, as well as strategies for how PCPCC and its members can collaborate toward shared goals.
