Pediatric Innovation Center

The Pediatric Innovation Center (PIC) was developed by Ashraf Affan, MD, President of Angel Kids Pediatrics in Jacksonville, Florida. After years of demonstrated success with alternative payment models, Angel Kids Pediatrics has partnered with a government grant recipient, Transforming Clinical Practices Initiative (TCPI), to transform the delivery of pediatric care in Florida. In partnership with TCPI, we intend to form a network of Florida Pediatricians reaching up to 4 million lives.

 

With growing pressure on physicians to improve quality outcomes while reducing costs, many physicians feel overwhelmed that their true passion of practice is left behind. Our Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) was created to share ideas and prosperous programs with other Pediatricians who are looking to transform their practice in order to survive and thrive during this transition to value-based reimbursement.
