Michael Mirro, MD, is the medical director of Parkview Research Center, which provides clinical research services to Parkview Health’s 500 physicians in northeast Indiana in the areas of cardiology, neurology, radiation oncology, emergency medicine, and critical care. David C. Kibbe, MD MBA is known as an innovator and independent thought leader in the field of health IT in the United States. A co-developer of the ASTM Continuity of Care Record standard, CCR, and one of the developers of the Direct standard, he is an experienced clinician who practiced medicine in private and academic settings for more than 15 years before starting his first IT company. Paul M. Black, MBA

President & CEO, Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc.

Paul M. Black has been named president and CEO of Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, Inc. He previously served as chief operating officer and chief sales officer of Cerner Corporation. Prior to Cerner, Black was with IBM from 1982 to 1994, in a number of senior sales, marketing and professional services leadership positions. Since 2007, he has been a senior advisor with New Mountain Capital in New York and served as a director with several New Mountain portfolio companies.
