The Health Federation of Philadelphia is a network of community health centers and a public health nonprofit in Philadelphia. They will be celebrating their 30th anniversary on May 9th with an event titled “Building Connections: Championing Collaboration in Health Care.”
The Keynote Speaker, Marci Nielsen, PhD, MPH, is the Chief Executive Officer of the Patient-Centered Primary Care Collaborative, a national coalition advocating for an effective and efficient health system built on a strong foundation of primary care and the patient-centered medical home (PCMH).
