PCC Workgroup on Whole-Person Care and Lifestyle Medicine

The Primary Care Collaborative has convened a workgroup to guide the organization's whole-person care and lifestyle medicine initiative. The workgroup's objectives are to:

  • Promote a deeper appreciation of whole-person health and lifestyle medicine concepts, along with their evidence base.
  • Assess the commitment and urgency of various stakeholder groups to move dimensions of whole health and lifestyle medicine into “mainstream” primary care.
  • Advise PCC on how to effectively pursue whole-person primary care, including examining how PCC levers, such as policy, communication, and collaboration activities, might advance these concepts.
