It’s been six remarkable years since we started on our journey to advance primary care transformation in Texas! We are pleased with the road traveled but know there is much more to do! As a result, we are expanding the focus of our collaboration to address this issue from a systems perspective: Texas Primary Care Consortium! These include but are not limited to identifying and addressing research gaps, building capacity, and informing policy efforts!
The NWRPCA Spring Summit, formerly known as the Spring Primary Care Conference, includes the same carefully curated content that event attendees have come to expect of all NWRPCA conferences plus innovative new workshop and skills-enhancing opportunities.

STOP Addictions: Strategies, Treatment, Options, Partnerships; The 2019 Indiana Primary Health Care Association Annual Conference is the premier networking opportunity for community health centers in Indiana and their partners to learn and network. This year's conference them STOP Addictions focuses on the dealing with all aspects of all addictions above and beyond the growing opioid epidemic. Our Keynotes will touch on community, clinical, individual and operational sides addictions issues.

Founded in 1994, the Health Care Systems Research Network (HCSRN) is an innovative consortium of research centers based on community-based health delivery systems. The HCSRN consists of 18 members (17 based in the US and one in Israel). Members of the Network share a commitment to rigorous public domain research that addresses critically important questions for improving health and healthcare.
