Nancy Ford brings 25 years of healthcare management experience to her role as Regional Clinic Director for Dean Health System located in Madison, Wisconsin. For the past 13 years she has been responsible for the oversight and direction of their Southern Wisconsin St. Mary’s Dean Venture clinics. Her professional interests include managing the ongoing change and dynamics of the healthcare industry and top-level process improvement initiatives such as the Patient-Centered Medical Home and Six-Sigma Lean. Under her guidance, the Whitewater clinic location achieved Level 3 NCQA PCMH certification. She holds a BS in Management from Upper Iowa University.
