Dan Rehrauer graduated with a PharmD degree from the University of Minnesota in 2000.  Today he is the Senior Manager of the Medication Therapy Management Program and Director of the Managed Care Residency Program at HealthPartners, located in Bloomington MN.  HealthPartners is an integrated health care organization providing health care services and health plan financing and administration.  The organization was founded in 1957 as a cooperative and today is the largest consumer governed nonprofit health care organization in the nation - serving more than 1.8 million medical and dental health plan members nationwide. The care system includes a multi-specialty group practice of more than 1,800 physicians that serves more than 1.2 million patients. HealthPartners employs over 26,000 people.  Related to today’s talk, HealthPartners provides a CMM benefit to nearly all of its Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid members.
