The 2011 standards are more patient-centered with a significant emphasis on the planning, managing and coordinating care for patients. They have a greater emphasis on continuous quality improvement in primary care practices, and align with Federal initiatives of Meaningful Use.Join us for a thorough review of the PCMH standards.
