Kevin Grumbach, MD, Chair, Family and Community Medicine Department, UCSF School of Medicine, is well-known for his research on primary care innovations and the medical home. Dr. Grumbach will deliver the closing keynote, "Health Care's Transition to a Team Sport: Overcoming the Barriers."
John Jenrette, MD, is CEO of the Sharp Community Medical Group, an association of private-practice primary-care physicians and specialists. Dr. Jenrette will moderate the panel, "Against the Odds: What Challenges Lie Ahead that Will Throw Us Off Course."
