Patients: Take steps to help patients understand and demand better integrated BH as a standard of care in the PCMH - use stories that demonstrate the real value in having BH appropriately part of what PCMH can readily do.
Outcomes: Develop and include some measures or indicators for how well BH is integrated in PCMH practices.
Employers: Include the business case for integrated BH in financial/benefits conversations, reports and recommendations.
