Senior Strategist, Physician Payment, American Academy of Family Physicians
Kent Moore is Senior Strategist for Physician Payment at the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and a contributing editor to Family Practice Management, one of two journals published by the AAFP. He has been with AAFP 22 years. Before joining the AAFP staff, he worked for the Health Care Financing Administration, now known as the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Servicesm for five years. He served as a Presidential Management Intern and Health Insurance Specialist with the agency and worked on various issues, including Medicare physician payment reform and Medicare as a secondary payer, in the central office and Kansas City regional office. .

National Payer Engagement Lead for CPC+ , U.S. Center for Medicare & Medicaid Innovation
Rayva Virginkar, MPH, MPP, is the national payer engagement lead for the Comprehensive Primary Care Plus (CPC+) model. She joined CMS in early 2014 and worked on the Pioneer ACO model and in the Medicare-Medicaid Coordination Office prior to working on the CPC+ model. Rayva received her MPH and MPP from the University of Michigan and her BS from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Federal Regulatory Manager, American Academy of Family Physicians
Robert Bennett is the Federal Regulatory Manager for the American Academy of Family Physicians and has been with AAFP for seven years. He is responsible for forming AAFP responses to federal government agencies such as the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Food and Drug Administration, the Government Accountability Office, and others. Prior to joining the AAFP, Bennett worked for the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA) as a federal and legislative lobbyist focusing on Medicare payments. Before joining MGMA, he worked for CMS Office of the Administrator and CMS Office of Communications, largely as a liaison to physician and other medical organizations.
