Pediatric Partners
This practice partners with patients and families in the following ways:
Practice offers open access appointments, as well as 24/7 access to an on-call provider
Families are also able to schedule same-day appointments through the patient portal
The practice offers patients opportunities to participate in health education programs, such as classes and peer-support groups
In addition to annual surveys, the practice also solicits feedback from patients and families through qualitative means such as a suggestion/ comment box and patient interviews.
