Kathleen Reims, MD, Principal and Chief Medical Officer, CSI Solutions, LLC, is a board-certified Family Medicine physician. She currently co-directs the Centre for Collaboration, Motivation and Innovation (CCMI), a non-profit organization dedicated to building skills and confidence for better health and health care. She has served as an Improvement Advisor and faculty for numerous health systems improvement projects and has a strong interest in patient engagement so as to respectfully include patients’ values and preferences in their care. Dr. Reims is actively involved with Denver Health and Hospital’s Lowry Clinic as a volunteer preceptor, serving a diverse population from around the world, and holds an appointment of Assistant Clinical Professor Department of Family Medicine, School of Medicine, University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. She was a National Health Service Corps Scholar, has more than 25 years of clinical experience with underserved populations, and has served as Medical Director for two Federally Qualified Health Centers. Dr. Reims received her MD degree from Baylor College of Medicine, completed her Family Medicine residency at Roanoke Memorial Hospitals, and is a member of the Motivational Interviewing Network of Trainers (MINT).
