Rosemary Feild is a Health Insurance Specialist in the Division of Quality, Evaluation and Health Outcomes in the Center for Medicaid and CHIP Services, CMS.  Her work is focused on initiatives with EPSDT, the benefit for children and adolescents, and oral health.  Her federal career spans 40 years, beginning with the Public Health Service and the last 25 years with CMS working on Medicare, Medicaid and CHIP programs.  Ms. Feild has an undergraduate degree in Sociology and she completed post graduate work in Health Care Administration/Financial Management.
