The Interactive Survey System (ISS) for NCQA Accreditation: A Hands-On Workshop

This seminar is perfect for you if you’ll be managing the preparation of an NCQA health plan survey, leading the readiness evaluation team, or teaching others about NCQA’s Web-based survey process, the Interactive Survey System (ISS). Participants will take part in a hands-on demonstration and learn how to navigate through the ISS tool. You will receive step-by-step instruction from NCQA faculty on everything from organizing the document library to managing administrative functions.
NOTE: This seminar does not discuss standards related to NCQA products, certification or recognition programs.
The purpose of this seminar is to explain and demonstrate the Interactive Survey System, which will allow participants to develop and/or refine NCQA survey processes within their organization.
At the completion of this seminar, participants will be able to:
Navigate the Interactive Survey System
Upload documents into the Document Library
Identify appropriate documentation and operational procedures required to comply with NCQA Accreditation Standards
Describe potential problem areas in the uploading process
Manage the administrative functions of the Interactive Survey System
Upload and Submit the Interactive Survey System
