Beth is the Executive Director at Sutter Center for Integrated Care. She leads the strategic planning and development of innovative care delivery approaches for sustainable, high quality, patient-centered care. Beth has over 30 years of healthcare experience in clinical and leadership positions in a variety of settings including homecare, acute care, case management, medical practice management and higher education. Prior to joining Sutter, Beth and her colleagues developed the Home-Based Chronic Care Model™, which received national awards for excellence from the National Association of Homecare and Hospice (NAHC) and Modern Healthcare. Under her leadership the Home-Based Chronic Care Model evolved into the Integrated Care Model (ICM). Beth currently serves on the VNAA Policy Council, the Alliance for Home Health Quality and Innovation, the Coordinated Primary Care Initiative Arkansas Core Workgroup, and the Patient Centered Medical Home Strategic Advisory Group for the Arkansas Health Care Payment Improvement Initiative.
