Steven H. Landers, MD, MPH serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of VNA Health Group, New Jersey’s largest non-profit visiting nursing organization. Prior to his role at VNA Health Group, Dr. Landers directed home and community-based care services at the Cleveland Clinic as the Director of the Center for Home Care and Community Rehabilitation. A family physician and geriatrician, Dr. Landers is a graduate from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine and earned a Masters in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University. He completed his residency at the University Hospitals of Cleveland, followed by a fellowship in geriatric medicine at the Cleveland Clinic. In addition to his work with home-based care providers, Dr. Landers serves as Chairman of the Board for the Alliance for Home Health Quality and Innovation, a non-profit research foundation dedicated to research and education on the value of home health care.
