Former Director of Integrated Health Care, Associate Director, Center for Psychology & Health, American Psychological Association
A board certified Health Psychologist, he developed a team program to reduce re-admissions for children with Type I diabetes, then went on to organize co-located health and mental health programs in pediatric clinics in medically underserved areas. He also implemented effective evidence based programs for children with oppositional and defiant behaviors that have been successfully used for over 25 years. He directed a state wide program to reduce child obesity in Delaware, and has also served on the Committee for the Evaluation of Head Start on a national level. read more
Julie has over 35 years of experience as a clinician and a leader working to serve others, in the education, social services and managed care setting. She has worked directly with many underserved and marginalized populations. She is passionate about improving the lives of others through compassion, advocacy and operational effectiveness. Julie holds a PhD in Social Work and is a licensed Clinical Social Worker. Over her career, Julie has led clinical/operational integration efforts in Community Mental Health and Physical/Behavioral Health with in the Medicaid and Medicare Managed care settings.

Dr. Larry Green currently is the Professor and Epperson Zorn Chair for Innovation in Family Medicine and Primary Care at the University of Colorado School of Medicine. He has been involved in academic medicine for more than 40 years, having joined the faculty at the University of Colorado in 1977. He has remained a faculty member there throughout his career and has served in various roles, including practicing physician, residency program director, developer of practice-based research networks, and department chair. Dr. Green is Past Chair of the Board of Directors of the American Board of Family Medicine and a member of the Board of Directors of the American Board of Family Medicine Foundation.

Dr. Gold is a Scholar at the Farley Center and a family physician at Denver Health. Her policy interests include payment reform for primary care and integrating behavioral and social health with primary care. She is a board member of the Colorado Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Gold attended the University of Virginia for medical school and did her residency at the University of Colorado - Denver Health Track. After residency, she completed a health policy fellowship with the Farley Center.
