WSMC is a FQHC that spans 1900 sq miles in Northern California. Serves 2 permanent sites and a mobile van. Covers parts of 3 counties. We have an EMR and are working toward NCQA certification with the help of HRSA. We are about to build a new building for the larger site and would like to employ the new PCMH principles into the building design.
