Carol L. Henwood, DO, FACOFP is a board-certified family physician in private practice at Stowe Family Practice Clinic in Stowe, Pennsylvania, one of eight primary care sites of Pottstown Medical Specialists. She is also a staff physician at Pottstown Memorial Medical Center, where she formerly served as chair of the Family Practice Department and coordinator of the Family Practice Residency Coordinator. Dr. Henwood leads the osteopathic profession at the national and state levels. She is currently the Vice-President of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP), has served as Governor of the ACOFP Board of Directors, and has chaired and remains an active participant on the Board Task Force on Patient Centered Medical Home and Accountable Care Organizations. read more

Robert Fortini, PNP is the Chief Clinical Officer for Bon Secours Medical Group in Richmond Virginia. He is responsible for facilitating Provider adoption of EMR, coordinating clinical transformation to a Patient Centered Medical Home care delivery model, and facilitating participation in available Pay for Performance initiatives as well as Physician advocacy and affairs. He has extensive experience in Operations and Clinical Policy development and experience in workflow re-engineering and CQI in ambulatory care. Before coming to BSMG, Mr. Fortini served as the Chief Medical Affairs Officer at Queens Long Island Medical Group engaged in quality and HIT adoption.
