John Steidl has spent 20 years focused on the challenges of operational execution, including the leadership, organizational, and business process aspects of enterprise performance. His experience spans a wide range of industries. In the last seven years, John has been involved in healthcare delivery re-design through his work with hospitals, physician practices, and employers.  His expertise includes healthcare information technology as an enabler of care delivery re-design, and he is the principal editor of PCPCC’s resource guide, Transforming Patient Engagement: Health IT and the Patient-Centered Medical Home.  Most recently John is responsible for cross-institutional project management at Dartmouth College, where he has been involved in launching Dartmouth Health Connect, a new-model employee primary care practice, in collaboration with Iora Health.
