A Discussion with CMS on Its New Primary Care Model

CMS Innovation Center Director Elizabeth Fowler joined the Primary care Collaborative to discuss strategies for strengthening primary care in Medicare, including the new ACO Primary Care Flex Model.

Dr. Fowler provided a brief presentation on the new ACP Primary Care Flex Model and then joined PCC President and CEO Ann Greiner for a fireside chat about how it will help bolster primary care to improve access and health outcomes.

Following the fireside conversation, Ben Money, Senior Vice President, Population Health, from the National Association of Community Health Centers provided his relections on the conversation.

Finally, the presentation closed with a panel discussion exploring Dr. Fowler’s presentation, featuring:
