Angie Wolff is a Strategic Consultant on Humana’s Bold Goal (Population Health) team. Her work includes leading strategy, pilots, and initiatives related to making progress towards Humana’s Bold Goal of improving community health 20% by 2020.
Angie has been with Humana for 13 years. Prior to Bold Goal work she was the Clinical Task Force manager for the Quality and Stars Maximization team where she led and managed strategy and human capitol. She led the task force that developed and implemented programs to drive quality improvement in the clinical stars metrics. Angie launched twenty plus initiatives that support member health and wellbeing related to preventative screenings and education about the importance of screenings. She is a leader on the Humana Nursing Advisory Council as part of the Chief Nursing Office as well as participates in several Humana clinical and wellbeing committees.
Angie received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Spalding University in Louisville, KY and her case management certification from the Commission for Case Manager Certification. Angie previously worked as an emergency room nurse for 8 years before moving to Humana.
