Mrs. Norma Johnson retired as a Language Arts teacher for Peekskill Middle School after 39 1/2 years.  She has been a member of the HRHC board since 1977.  She has served as Human Resources chairman, Quality Control chairman, and now Vice-Chairman.  In 2012, she received the Dorothy Kastaschevich Consumer Award. .  In 2015, she received the Peekskill Preservation Company, Inc award for Community Service.  Mrs. Johnson is a member of Mt. Olivet Baptist Church in Peekskill, and Zeta Nu Omega Chapter, AKA Sorority, Inc.
