Vice President, Truven Health Analytics
Jeff Hanson is a vice president with Truven Health Analytics and is responsible for crafting, executing and coordinating their cross-market activities including performance measurement, pay for performance and value-based health initiatives including the patient-centered medical home. His responsibilities in this arena are business-wide – encompassing cross stakeholder approaches that leverage assets and capabilities from across Truven Health Analytics. Hanson has more than 25 years of experience spanning the various stakeholders in health care, including employers, health plans, Medicaid and hospitals. read more
Chair, Pathology and Laboratory Medicine; Senior Vice President, Laboratory Services, North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System
James Crawford, , is chair of the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine, and senior vice President for laboratory services, in the North Shore-Long Island Jewish Health System. This integrated 15-hospital system serves the Long Island, Queens, and Staten Island portion of the greater New York metropolitan area. For that purpose, Crawford is also professor and founding chair of the Department of Pathology for the new Hofstra University School of Medicine, slated for matriculating its first students in July 2011.Crawford earned his bachelors degree from Dartmouth College and his medical and PhD degrees from Duke University. read more
Christopher ("Chris") Nohrden is an IBM retiree. His previous position in IBM's Healthcare & Life Sciences organization involved strategic business development initiatives for health information technology. In his 29-year career with IBM, Nohrden worked in diverse areas of the company's global occupational health and safety endeavors, including assignments in Latin America and Asia Pacific operations. He holds professional certifications in the fields of industrial hygiene and safety engineering. He helped lead the team that developed IBM's innovative well-being and health benefits knowledge management portal. He is a former nurse and paramedic and served as a Navy Hospital Corpsman during the Vietnam era.
