Jeffrey Brenner is the Founder and Executive Director of the Coalition. He is a family physician and has practiced in Camden for eleven years as a front-line primary care provider for patients of all ages. Having owned a private practice in Camden, he has experience in implementing electronic health records and running a paperless office, open-access scheduling, as well as first-hand knowledge of the various challenges facing primary care in the current health system. read more

Dr. Grundy, known as the "Godfather of the Patient-Centered Medical Home," has spent four decades focused on population health that is built on a platform of a healing relationship of trust in primary care.
He is the recipient of the Barbara Starfield Patient-Centered Primary Care Award, the NCQA Quality Award, the Sappington Award, and The Second Order of the Panda from the Governor of Sichuan for his work in primary care transformation.
Paul spent over 17 years as an executive at IBM, where he was Chief Medical Officer and Global Director, Healthcare Transformation, IBM HCLS Industry and a member of the IBM Industry Academy prior to his retirement from IBM in 2018. read more

Susan Dentzer is one of the nation’s most respected health policy experts and thought leaders who, as of mid-March 2016, leads The Network for Excellence in Health Innovation, with offices in Washington, DC, Cambridge, MA, and San Francisco, CA. A longtime journalist, she has been on-air analyst on health issues with the PBS NewsHour and a regular commentator on health policy for National Public Radio. She wrote and hosted the 2015 PBS documentary, "Reinventing American Healthcare," focusing on the innovations pioneered by the Geisinger Health System and spread to health systems across the nation.
